Groups & Teams
Meet-Up Groups
If you like to laugh and want to make some new friends doing something you love then check out our meet-up groups. These groups are a-synchronistic so you don’t have to commit to going every week and anyone in the group can organize an activity. If there is something that you enjoy doing and we don’t have a meet-up group for that then let us know and we will organize one.
Small Groups
Small groups are a key aspect of our church community. They meet weekly (usually for about 6 weeks) either at a local place or someone’s home and focus on a particular topic, book, or idea. We try to keep them limited to about 12 people.
Teams
Do you want to serve on a leadership team at Newstory Chicago? You've come to the right place! We use our Newstory Teams page in Church Center as our primary mode of connecting and communication. If you want to join one of our teams simply go to the team page and select join team. The team facilitator will reach out to you shortly to set up a one to one and fill you in on all the goings on of the team.
